Description

UniGap 3000 is a soft ceramic-filled, high performance silicone elastomer typically supplied with a polymer release liner on both sides for simple application. UniGap 3000 is intrinsically tacky which excludes air at microscopic level and requires no additional adhesive. It has excellent compression performance over a wide range of stack up tolerances and applies minimal force to electronic components. UniGap 3000 can be supplied with a fabric or film on one side for additional support during assembly.

Recommended Uses
