UniGap is a Thermal Interface Pad/ Thermal Material ideal for cost sensitive applications requiring moderate thermal performance. Unigap is suitable to interface smaller surfaces like PSUs in addition to being suitable to interface large surface areas and still have good thermal performance. This thermal pad is robust , highly flexible and easy to handle with a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/mK, The product also has exceptional temperature stability and vibration dampening properties as well as it being electrically insulating making it an excellent choice for a wide range of rugged applications needing a Gap filler which is thermally conductive as well as insulating electrically, such as in automotive, LED, motor drive, PSUs applications, Automotive Electronics, Notebooks/Tablets/Portable Devices, plus many more.
