Description

The T-Global TG-V Series represents a line of advanced phase change thermal interface materials (TIMs) engineered to enhance heat dissipation in electronic devices. These materials are designed to transition from a solid to a semi-liquid state at specific temperatures, ensuring optimal surface conformity and minimal thermal resistance.

Upon reaching their phase change temperature, TG-V materials exhibit excellent flow properties, effectively filling microscopic irregularities on component surfaces. This results in improved thermal conductivity and efficient heat transfer between heat-generating components and heat sinks or spreaders. The TG-V Series is particularly suitable for applications requiring reliable thermal management, such as CPUs, GPUs, power modules, and other high-performance electronic devices.

Benefits

  • Superior Thermal Performance
