Description

TG-A1660 from T-Global Technologies is an extreme-performance thermal gap filler pad engineered to meet the rigorous heat dissipation needs of next-generation electronics and high-wattage systems. Delivering an industry-leading  thermal conductivity of 6.6W/m-K, TG-A1660 sets a new standard in thermal interface material (TIM) performance.

This ultra-soft, silicone-based gap filler is designed to efficiently eliminate air voids between heat generating components and heat sinks, maintaining consistent thermal contact even under mechanical stress or thermal cycling. It ensures low thermal resistance, electrical insulation, and high reliability, making it ideal for EVs, data centers, high-frequency telecom systems, and power modules.

When thermal failure is not an option, TG-A1660 provides maximum heat transfer efficiency, mechanical flexibility, and long-term stability across the most challenging environments.

Benefits

  • Top-Tier Thermal Conductivity (16.6 W/m·K): Supports the highest heat flux applications with exceptional efficiency.
  • Minimizes Thermal Resistance: Optimizes thermal pathways for high-performance components.
  • Mechanically Compliant & Electrically Insulating: Ensures both thermal and electrical safety under stress.

Features

hermal conductivity of 16.6 W/m·K

  • among the highest in the market for silicone-based pads
