Description

The Kerafol Softtherm 86/200 is a highly elastic, ceramic-filled film designed for thermal management applications. It features excellent compressibility and optimal plasticity, making it ideal for filling gaps and ensuring efficient heat transfer. With a thermal conductivity of 1.0 W/mK and a thermal resistance of 1.2 K/W, it effectively manages heat dissipation. The film also boasts a breakdown voltage of 8.0 kV and a dielectric constant of 3.9, ensuring reliable electrical insulation. Its hardness ranges from Shore 00 (10-20), and it operates within a temperature range of -60°C to +200°C. Available in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm, the Kerafol Softtherm 86/200 is constructed in two layers and is known for its moderate thermal and excellent dielectric behavior. Additionally, it can be supplied with an optional adhesive coating for easier application.
