Description

The Neoprene Sponge is a versatile, closed-cell rubber material designed for effective sealing, cushioning, and insulation across a wide range of industrial applications. Manufactured from high-quality neoprene, it offers excellent flexibility and durability while maintaining consistent performance under compression. Its cellular structure helps prevent the passage of air, dust, and moisture, making it a reliable choice for gasketing and environmental sealing solutions where dependable performance is essential.

Engineered to perform in demanding environments, neoprene sponge provides a stable operating temperature range of -40°C to +75°C (constant) and up to +90°C intermittently. With low water absorption of just 1–2%, good tensile strength, and strong compression recovery, it ensures long-term reliability in both indoor and outdoor applications. The material is also CFC and HCFC free and meets recognised standards for flame resistance (at specified thicknesses), making it suitable for use in regulated and safety-conscious industries.
