Description

FLEXOID is a plasticised gelatine impregnated, cellulose based gasket material. The prime market for this material is the automotive sector, but it is also extensively used in other industries i.e. water jet cutting etc.

Flexoid is a plasticised, cellulose fibre-based material infused with gelatine, known for its resistance to petrol, oil, water, and other fuels. However, it has limitations, such as poor heat and chemical resistance. Flexoid gasket paper is ideal for various automotive components, including water pumps and fuel pumps.
