Description
Limitless Shielding’s conductive metallised polyolefin foam is manufactured using vacuum coating and composite plating methods to coat copper and nickel on to open cell Polyolefin foam, combined with a layer of nonwoven mesh material. A conductive coating on all sides means it has very good conductivity for customers who need a material to be conductive in all directions including the z axis. This material is ideal for die cutting, fabrication of I/O or D-Sub gaskets, and other EMI-RFI shielding gaskets or contacts. It is an economic solution for EMI
shielding problems.
It is available with and without PSA backing, and even PSA on both sides.
Benefits
- Temperature Range = -10°C to +85°C
- Surface Resistivity / cm2 = <0.01Ω.cm
- Volume Resistivity / cm2 = <0.01Ω.cm
