Coating & Laminating To Meet Your Specification
The coating itself may be an all-over coating, completely covering the substrate, or it may only cover parts of the substrate.
Lamination is the technique/process of manufacturing a material in multiple layers so that the composite material achieves improved strength, stability, sound insulation, appearance, or other properties from the use of the differing materials.
A laminate is a permanently assembled object created using heat, pressure, welding, or gluing.

Coating and Laminating are performed in our factory in Milton Keynes UK. We are able to coat or laminate adhesives to many technical films or materials.
We typically coat film adhesives to make single or double-sided adhesive-backed materials. The thickness of the adhesive can be tuned to suit your application.

Materials Direct Coating & Laminating Process
A suitable release liner is used and supplied once the coating is completed. We often combine the adhesive laminated material to the rotary die-cutting process of manufacturing custom shape parts on a roll.
Any suitable film adhesive can be reviewed and your specific requirements should be discussed with us as to its suitability of our equipment. We are able to apply heat if required in the process of laminating.
3M adhesives seem to be the main source of adhesives we laminate but we are not limited to the range if you need something special.
